Refund policy

General Return Policy

Our customers satisfaction is our highest priority. If you have bought from us and are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may be able to return your products to our warehouse, within 30 day of purchase for a full refund. Items returned must be undamaged, unused, resealable, with the original packaging including all of the parts, in order to be eligible for a refund. You may be given a charge for missing packages or parts that will be deducted from your refund. If the returned item was originally shipped free of charge, the cost to ship the item may be deducted from your possible refunds issued unless we have made a material error in the processing of the order. We also reserve the right to a 30% deduction of the total amount paid for returned items or canceled orders, for restocking fees, to offset the handling costs. 
Parts that have been installed or used in any way cannot be refunded. Please do not request a return for any such items. All returned items are inspected open arrival and if they are found to be used, installed previously, or in any condition where the item cannot be reused the refund credits cannot be allowed. In these cases the costumer is required to pay return shipping before the return of the item.
Installed items that are defective may be eligible for exchange with a new part. Our RV parts shop is happy to help with any costumers needing to obtain a replacement part. In some cases our manufacturers may wish to speak directly to the customers about any warranty or defective issues. 

Refunds are only issued back in the same why you purchased your items.

 

Return Procedure

If you wish to return an item please contact us by email, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will require your original order number as well as the item you wish to return from that order. We will generate a RMA number for you and send you a label to use on the return shipment. You must use the label sent to you to ensure that your order will be accepted. 
To protect costumers all items must be inspected upon arrival to the warehouse to ensure no damage or missing pieces. This process can take 2 weeks during normal times of the year, and even longer during our peak seasons. All returns regardless of any reason must go through this process, and it is not negotiable.

 

Shipping Charge & Refunds

We issue refunds for any shipping fees only if we have made an error in the shipment of your order, or if you are missing a piece that was specifically mentioned in the product description. We do our best to make our website as clear as possible, but if we realize that our product features or specifications are not clear enough, we will gladly return shipping fees with our thanks for identifying the problem for us.

If you have any worry’s about what you are ordering, or if it is the right item for what you need please contact us prior to ordering. We are unable to refund shipping charges in cases where the costumer has ordered the wrong item or an unneeded product.

Special Order Products

We cannot accept returns on special orders, non-stocked items, obsolete items, or custom orders. If you are ordering a customs product, please contact our parts expert to placing the orders with our supplier to ensure you are ordering the right product for what you require. Once you have confirmed your disire to purchase this product your credit card will be charged in full. This amount is non refundable if you chose to cancel the order subsequent to your  confirmation. 

Generators

Generators cannot be returned if the gas or oil reservoirs have been filled. Customers must deal directly with the manufacturers about any warranty or service issues

 

Electronic Circuit Boards

In no circumstances are we able to issue any refunds on orders of replacement electronic circuit boards whether they have been installed or not. 

Chemicals & Adhesives 

Some chemicals, adhesives and liquids may not be returned.

 

Books, Software, Directories & Personal Items

For health & safety as well as copyright reasons we are not able to accept returns for any copyrighted materials, personal hygiene consumables or other personal items. Any parts for sewage, which can include hoses, portable tanks, etc. Cannot be returned if used.
